TEAM Concepts® was established in March 1995 by four female entrepreneurs with a vision to start up their own full service staffing company with a "twist". Their focus was to provide "personalized attention" in servicing both clients and "Staffers" alike, a quality often lacking in today's automated society. With over 95 years combined experience, we know the ins and outs of the business. We have attracted and retained the highest quality of individuals, as well as maintained a very loyal clientele base comprised of small businesses and Fortune 500 companies throughout Dade and Broward counties. Our triangle Delta logo illustrates the link between clients, Staffers and our company, a reflection of the long-term relationships we have built and refer to as our TEAM Concepts® family. We have been named by South Florida Business Journal as one of the top 20 "Largest Temporary Personnel Agencies" in South Florida, 5 years in a row. We were also nominated for Emerging New Business Woman for 1997 by the Greater Miami Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), The Beacon Council, U.S. Business Administration, and Women's Business Development Center at F.I.U. TEAM Concepts® is very much in tune with helping out those who have given us so much. Each year we volunteer time and resources to schools in the area, including Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic School and Miami Lakes Elementary. We work with local chambers of commerce in volunteering for various projects pertaining to the community. Other projects we are proud to support include, Gilda's Club of South Florida, JDF's Walk to Cure Diabetes, the Huntingtons Triathlon, and South Florida Firefighter's fundraiser for the Miami Project to Cure Paralysis.
